How it works
Step 1
Discovery Call
We spend 20 minutes understanding your situation. Super balance, goals, timeline, and whether SMSF property is genuinely the right fit. If it is not, we will tell you.
Step 2
Financial Advice
We connect you with an SMSF-specialist financial planner who assesses your eligibility, structures your fund correctly, and provides the licensed advice your situation requires. This step is not optional and we will not skip it.
Step 3
Fund Setup
Your SMSF is established or confirmed as investment-ready. An independent administrator handles compliance, reporting, and annual auditing from this point forward.
Step 4
Finance
We introduce you to a mortgage broker who specialises in Limited Recourse Borrowing Arrangements. They manage your loan application and liaise directly with the lender on your behalf.
Step 5
Property Sourcing
We identify and present residential properties suited to your fund, borrowing capacity, and investment criteria. We provide our assessment and recommendation. You make the final decision.
Step 6
Settlement
Legal and conveyancing work is completed. The property is purchased in the name of a bare trustee and held in trust for your SMSF. Your fund now holds a residential property asset.
