Jamie Thomas
CO-FOUNDER
Jamie has spent nearly a decade in property investment, driven by a deeply personal passion for helping everyday Australians build a more secure financial future.
Having witnessed family and friends, particularly his parents, face challenges in retirement, Jamie understands the importance of planning ahead. His approach is built around education, genuine relationships and helping families explore alternative ways to invest for their future.
Outside of work, Jamie is a dedicated family man, coaches his son’s football team and is a lifelong Manchester United supporter. He shares life with his partner Ashley, their children and Cruz, the family’s 45kg Rhodesian Ridgeback.

Rich brings close to a decade of experience across property investment, real estate and SMSF property strategies, having helped hundreds of Australians navigate their property investment journeys.
Originally from the UK, Rich moved to Australia at 21 and has built his career around helping clients take a more informed, proactive approach to investing through super.
A strong believer in transparency, education and long-term relationships, Rich is passionate about helping families explore property investment as part of their retirement planning.
Outside of work, he’s a devoted husband and father of three, a lifelong Formula 1 fan and enjoys making the most of Queensland life with family and friends.
